2018 – Where It All Began
Leading Paces was founded by two sisters in a small flat with a big vision: to provide fast, reliable branded merchandise with heart. What started with just a laptop and grit became a mission to help brands shine.
2019 – Building Our First Core Team
Our team grew to 5 members and we invested in our first company-owned delivery vehicle — taking control of logistics and ensuring on-time delivery for every client.
2022 – Bigger Office, Better Operations
With growing demand came new challenges — and new solutions. LP expanded into a larger office and grew its logistics team and fleet (adding 2nd & 3rd company-owned vehicles). We also formalized import processes, collaborating with both local and overseas suppliers to offer more flexibility and better service.
2023–Present – Full Operation & Warehouse
Today, LP operates with a 20-member full-time team from a newly established office and our very own in-house warehouse. Every project is now handled with professional coordination, fast dispatch, and quality assurance — all under one roof.
